Phone:
- 30 days complimentary support is provided from date of purchase. Customers who did not purchase directly from Hilgraeve must register their software to be eligible for complimentary support.
- Additional one-time support may be purchased for $29.95 per incident. Please contact our sales team for more information.
- An extended maintenance agreement may also be purchased for $20.00. This fee covers one license of HyperTerminal or HyperACCESS for a one year period. Additional licenses may be added to a maintenance agreement at a rate of $20 per copy.
- Automation consultation, script conversion, firewall configuration, and issues outside the scope of Hilgraeve products are not considered incidents.
Email:
- Email support is available during the 30 days complimentary support period following purchase. Customers should complete an on-line form that contains the information our staff needs to solve any problems quickly.
- Eligible requests will receive a response within 2 business days.
Web:
- Web support consists of a products knowledgebase, frequently asked questions, and tutorials. This is complimentary and unlimited.
Scripting:
- Scripting service is available for $99.99 per hour for HyperACCESS customers. Contact us at support@hilgraeve.com for more information.

Trial software includes support for the duration of the trial period. Support is limited to pre-sales questions only. Customers must register their trial software to be eligible for free support.
