Zmodem file transfer fails at high baud rates (115k+) over serial connection

In some instances the zmodem transfer can fail at high baud rate (115k+) over a serial connection.
If the transfer fails there are a few different workarounds.

1. If supported on the receiving side try a different file transfer protocol such as Kermit, Ymodem, or Xmodem.
2. A lower port speed setting may also allow the file transfer to complete successfully. Note that this will need to be configured both on the sending and receiving side.
3. If neither of the above work we do have a previous version of the software available that should not experience this issue. Licensed users of the current version do have downgrade rights for prior versions as needed.
