I understand sound is available in HyperTerminal Private Edition. Where do I go to configure this option?
Yes, HTPE can be configured to play Windows sounds when you connect or disconnect from a site. To enable the sound option, open a entry and access its Properties page. Select the Settings tab. Check the box for “Play sound when connecting or disconnecting.” Click OK to save. We play the associated .WAV file for “Exclamation” as configured in the Sounds folder in Control Panel.
