Extended Maintenance Agreement

30 days of complementary support is provided with your purchase. You can extend this to one year by purchasing an Extended Maintenance Agreement.

This agreement covers technical support for one license of HyperTerminal or HyperACCESS for a period of one year. You are entitled to technical support per our support policy for the duration of this agreement.

Additionally you will receive free product updates as they are released during this period.
