Monroe, MI, March 20, 2006 -- Hilgraeve, Inc., a long-time leader in connecting uncooperative systems, announced today that it has partnered with CareEvolve to provide HyperSend PDX, the company’s Patient Data Extraction system, to CareEvolve’s many clients. HyperSend PDX will provide CareEvolve with a secure electronic health information exchange between their outreach clients and physician customers.
CareEvolve now has a reliable and secure real-time interface to their clients’ practice management systems to provide accurate up-to-the-minute patient data, which translates into clean requisitions, reduced keying errors and increased throughput.
